The following terms and conditions apply to all orders processed online at www.albanyappliances.com or with the company Integrated Appliance Solutions Ltd T/a Albany Appliance Centre

All Prices are shown in pound sterling £ and are fully inclusive of Vat at the current UK rate

We reserve the right to change prices, pictures and specifications without notice

You will need to accept our terms and conditions every time you make a purchase of goods or services.

These terms and conditions may change from time to time, so please check the date at the top of the page for the most up to date terms and conditions.

Acceptance of orders

It remains the responsibility of the customer and/or the end user or their agent, to determine the suitability of the goods for the required application.

Please check the order acknowledgement and report any differences using our contact us page on the website immediately.

Conditions of installation

The size of the appliance ordered and the size of the location where fitting the new appliance requires measurements to be correct prior to delivery and installation.

All water connection points, waste connection points and electrical connection points need to be within a meter of the appliance, they also need to be accessible.

Valves and mains taps must be free of decay, not leaking and easy to turn on and off.

Waste hoses, stand pipes and waste traps need to be free of blockages.

Valves and waste pipes must be positioned correctly to enable new appliances to be connected without adjusting woodwork or plumbing.

Appliances must be free of obstacles that prevent the appliances from being installed into position.

For Health and Safety purposes all electrical circuits, fused spur sockets and plug sockets related to the installation must be of the correct fuse rating, compatible to the new appliance, pass electrical safety tests prior to installation and also positioned correctly for the appliance to work properly and safely.

Access to the property must be clear of any trip hazards and a safe route made available for the appliances to be carried in.

All appliances delivered must be of the correct sizes to fit through doorways without making any adjustments to woodwork or removing doors.

The route (kerbside to destination) the appliance/s are due to be carried from and to have no size restrictions immediately preventing delivery and installation taking place.

All flooring must be level, solid and stable to enable the appliances to be levelled and work correctly.

The destination of the appliance or appliances must have the correct size ventilation in place according to the manufacturer’s requirements for installation.

For gas appliances, the gas engineer will be required to perform safety, tightness and compatibility tests prior to the old appliance being disconnected and the new appliance being installed. These tests must be carried out and must pass according to gas safe regulations at the time before any work commences.

New gas appliances require the correct and safe pipework, valves, chains, elbows and electrical sockets to be in place prior to installation.

Furniture doors must be of correct material, size and be compatible to fit onto new appliances.

Plinths must be of correct heights and sizes to enable completion of installation. Dishwasher doors must clear plinths when opening and closing without the need of any modification.

Installation of cooker hoods require correctly located ventilation points to allow for unrestricted air flow, the correct amount of bends in the vent hose according to manufacturer’s installation requirements, a suitable safe electrical connection point, correctly located and suitable fixing points, correct ceiling heights and hob to hood distances that apply to gas and electrical hob regulations at the time and correct vent hose outlets present prior to installation.

All hobs must comply with regulations for safe working distances, this relates to the distance between the top of the hob to the bottom of the hood. More information is available by request from your supplier or chosen manufacture.


albanyappliances.com currently deliver to a number of postcode areas.

You will be asked to enter your postcode before purchasing the product/s to see if we deliver to your area. If you are not in our delivery radius, please email us at logistics@albanyappliances.com or call 01923 778770 for more information. Depending on location it may still be possible to deliver the goods to you.

Delivery is currently free for all goods delivered within our delivery radius, at the time of delivery the person receiving the goods needs to be 18 or over to be able to sign for the goods.

albanyappliances.com will deliver items in stock next day and up to 3 working days, special orders will be delivered within 7 working days subject to availability with the manufacturer.

We will contact you as soon as an order has been placed to confirm delivery dates.

If a manufacturer withdraws a product from sale and stock is no longer available, then we will inform you of this immediately, we will recommend a suitable alternative and if you do not wish to proceed we will offer a full refund.

If delivery is not able to be completed as a result of no one being available at the delivery address, a second delivery charge will be applied, this will be a minimum of £40.


We offer a professional installation service for built-in/integrated appliances and freestanding appliances.

To make it easier for you to choose the correct products/s, we have put together a conditions of installation list found below in these terms and conditions and also on our website.

This list will allow you to see what you will need to confirm prior to ordering.

Please read through the conditions of installation before proceeding with any of our installation services, as we may be unable to install products that are found to be not compatible at the point of delivery.

If a bespoke installation is required, e.g.; adaption to units, wiring, plumbing etc. then please contact us at logistics@albanyappliances.com or call us on: 01923 778770 so we can either quote or give guidance on what to do.

We reserve the right to decline installation services if the items purchased fail to meet the installation requirements.


All prices are in pound sterling (£) and include Vat at the UK rate. No contract will be created until we have accepted your order and provided you acknowledgement in writing, If a price error is discovered due to a typographical error, or an error from our suppliers to us, we will not process you order. We will then update you of the correct price and give you the option to proceed at the updated price. Or offer a full refund and cancel the order.

Payment & Credit card security

Payment will be taken at the time the order is placed.

A contract between us will not be formed until we have started the dispatch process and processed the transaction. We accept most major credit cards, unfortunately we don’t accept American Express.

For your protection, delivery should only be to the registered card address where the payment card is billed. If there is a genuine reason for the goods to be delivered elsewhere then please advise us in writing. We may require proof of the connection between cardholder and alternative delivery address and we reserve the right to decline the order for any reason.

Additional security checks may be carried out to ensure customers are protected against on-line fraud. You may be contacted before delivery so these checks can be carried out.

Products & images

Product descriptions, images and specifications are displayed for guidance only; for example integrated dishwashers require a door to be added that is not included. Washing machines require the transit bolts to be removed.

Product images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only, the company cannot guarantee that all the product images are 100% accurate or demonstrate all features of the products.


All goods come with a statutory 1 years warranty unless otherwise stated, a manufacturer may add additional years to the warranty. Confirmation of warranty period will be visible before ordering.

The additional years outside the statutory 1 year will be redeemable via registration with the manufactures directly within 30 days of purchase. You are required to register the appliance within 30 days from the date of purchase, failure to do so may result in the extended warranty period cover being withdrawn by the manufacturer.

Any goods found to be used or installed in a commercial environment will have their warranty made null and void.

Damaged Goods

We do everything we can to protect goods in transit and the appliance should arrive in pristine condition, if in the unlikely event the goods arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours using our contact us page on our website and we will deal with the matter for you in accordance with your legal rights.

Faulty Goods

We'll offer resolutions according to the timelines outlined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015

If in the unlikely event your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase (or delivery/installation date) we reserve the right to inspect the product to verify the fault. If a fault is confirmed as present, we will offer either a repair, an exchange or refund providing the fault has arisen within the first 30 days and hasn’t occurred by accident, neglect, misuse or commercial use.

If the fault occurs within the Manufacturers guarantee period, we will refer you to the manufacturer to arrange a visit to inspect the product, this is normal practice as each individual manufacturer has specifically trained engineers that can find faults fast and will have access to original parts. Please be assured that this is done to get you up and running quicker.

If you have a complaint related to an engineer visit or anything relating to faulty items, please use our contact us page to report this and one of our member of staff will contact you.



We take complaints very seriously, we will acknowledge the complaint via email within 5 working days and provide you a timescale for resolving the dispute. We will also correspond via email or telephone to update you throughout the progress of your complaint.

Cancellation, returns & refunds

Following the consumer contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations you are entitled to return goods for a refund providing you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 Calendar days ‘cooling off period’ from the day after delivery of the products.

This right does not apply to items purchased from one of our stores or trade customers.

We’re happy for you to unpack the appliance and inspect it properly as you would, had you bought the item from a shop. However, if you have used it beyond this point, this may have a knock on effect on our ability to sell it to someone else and so where the value of the product is reduced by your use we may only make a partial refund (equal such reduced value) or subsequently charge you for the reduction in value.

The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ condition and with all packaging.

If you return goods in person or send them by carrier they will be at your risk until they are received by us. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession.

If you require us to collect the goods to be returned you must pay a fee of £29.99 which is non-refundable this will be completed within 7-10 working days.

Please use the contact us page on our website if you wish to cancel your contract with us and return goods for a refund.

Things Beyond our control

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. Such events include any act, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), the following:

Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster or adverse weather; or

Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action; or civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war; or

Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport; or

Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks

Our obligations under these terms are suspended for the period that such event continues and we will have an extension of time to perform these obligations for the duration of that period. We will take reasonable steps to bring the event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms can be performed despite the event.


The contract made between us and all our and your rights and obligations shall be governed by English law and any disputes arising under it shall be heard in the English courts.
