If a fault is confirmed as present, we will offer either a repair, an exchange or refund providing the fault has arisen within the first 30 days and hasn’t occurred by accident, neglect, misuse or commercial use.
If the fault occurs within the Manufacturers guarantee period, we will refer you to the manufacturer to arrange a visit to inspect the product, this is normal practice as each individual manufacturer has specifically trained engineers that can find faults fast and will have access to original parts.
